Yes, when in doubt read the mannual, as the last resort. :)
But it feels more satisfying to figure it out yourself after committing the same mistakes as other people do.
Thanks for your prompt help. It is wonderful to talk to a professional, after dealing with plumbers who say they have 13years of experience, and charge $100/hr and still don't know there stuff!.

: pump up the pressure of the expansion tank so that no water goes into it with the cold fill. So it has additional room for water to expand when the boiler turns on.
