No more tankless hot water

I have a 50 y/o American Standard Arcoliner that used to have tankless HW. At some point in the past that system failed and the previous owner switched over to a separate Hot Water tank system. When the previous owner took out the tankless, he neglected to take that zone offline and the boiler keeps kicking on to heat water that isn't there. This past summer I just shut the boiler off all together. Now we are just wasting oil.

Now here are my questions: A) Is it possible to take that zone offline? B) How do I do it if I can?

The boiler still runs like a champ at 85% efficiency. I will replace it soon, just not yet.
