Remember thats the boilers opperating temp not the temp that would be comming out of the tap or shower, Hot water is going to lose temp as it travels further away from the boiler, pluse many boilers come with an expansion tank for hot water, most of these tanks dont have much insilation to them. So while it does seem like a high opperating temp you allso have to remember that in all cases the water starts to cool down right away after it comes out the boilers tankless section. In an burnham boiler you will find that is the standerd recomedation.
