The price we are paying is $7500 total for the boiler, installation, removal of old boiler, etc. Unfortunately none of the companies we contacted even suggested using a tankless heater could work. And we've paid half down already and work starts tomorrow (and it is already getting pretty cold at night). But if there is a next time we will definitely explore that option.
