The boiler was always set like that, and I never had the problem before, The radiators will heat up eventually, but I can't fiqure out why the low water cutoff shuts off the boiler. I will try opening all the air valves (fully) to see if that does anything. Thanks for responding.

: When you run pressure up to 8 psig with closed vents, the radiators don't heat because air is trapped in them, so you can run the burner for days and get nowhere.
