I'm looking for a couple radiators to replace some in my house that make a lot of expansion pinging noise. I'm in the 48203 area code. Let me know if any are still available. I'd be curious to see if he has the sizes I'm looking for. mick_arch at hotmail dot com.

Thanks,
Mickey

: hello,
: i'm posting this on behalf of a friend of mine, who has a bunch of radiators- he had a complete boiler system in his old (c. 1885) house in detroit, and has decided to switch the house to a modern forced-air system. he's got about 25 radiators- all types, single-pipe stem radiators, with the relief valve, two-pipe steam radiators for systems with the return pipe, and even a few hot-water type radiators. many of these have been sand-blasted and refinished, and all are in good working order. there's all sizes and shapes, some are very ornate, others plain. get in touch if you need any of these- he's only looking to recover his cost of all these, and get them out of the way, so they'll be going fairly cheap.
