continue to blow down the boiler weekly.
Also clear the sight glass from the bottom by closing the valves and flushing and partly opening the bottom valve to flush the long nipple at the bottom of the gauge glass fitting so it won't clog. (Those nipples are very long to collect a lot of hardening sediment.) Then open both valves fully so they 'back seat.'

Be sure the 101A and the low water cutoff assembly is cleaned by partial disassembly, scraping, and renewal of gaskets yearly.

I would put a manual bypass loop on the line and isolation ball valves with unions around the 101A so the 101A can be serviced while the boiler can be filled manually. It may be 'excessive' concern, but not that expensive.
