If money is a thought, then a choice of the three for $3750 is attractive. As they are Dunkirk relabels for two of them, and the other is a Burnham relabel, cast iron is good at 81% AFUE.

As gas prices in much of the country have doubled, an alternative is to install a cheap copper-tube boiler for a $1200 purchase price plus installation
OR
to install a 95% AFUE condensing gas boiler for a 15% return on the boiler fuel cost per year over the 81% fossils. The old days of selling 81% AFUE boilers are waning.

I'd ask for more quotes including condensing gas boilers.
