I'm looking at an old home that was built in 1917ish and not updated since 1930. A real time machine. In the basement there is a boiler that seems to run all the hot water heaters.
Anyone know the age of this? Could you tell if it is converted to gas or still coal? Any other tidbits or knowledge on something this old would be helpful.
