: Remember that condensing boilers are direct vent and use PVC venting. The pipes are pitched back to the boiler so all condensate should flow back to the stainless steel or aluminum heat exchanger. Here you'll have a drain or pump to remove the acidic condensate. It shouldn't get on your foundation walls anyway.
the installation of a condensate neutralizer will return the ph to a level that removes acids to a safe level.This will stop deterioration and discoloration of concrete and cement .
