We have 54 feet of baseboard heat. Each foot of baseboard can give out 600 btuh per foot of length consistently if you have a boiler less than 86% AFUE. Boilers over 90% AFUE generally deliver heat better within its ratings at a lower water temperature, so the out put per foot might be figured at 300 btuh per linear foot of baseboard.

54 times 600 = 32,400 btuh output from that many feet of baseboard at around 180F water temperature. Therefore, the Burnham would only be twice as large as needed and the Bryant only three times larger than necessary.
