Consider WHY people still use tankless coil boilers instead of all of them using electric heaters. Electricity in most areas is THREE TIMES as much as oil. So using the electric water heater for three months costs as much as using the boiler for hot water the rest of the year.
Fixing a tankless coil, or getting an indirect water heater on a boiler is a long-term money-saver.
