That's because you aren't thinking about what it takes to tell why a gauge doesn't show an indication and why the system doesn't do what you want. You are assuming that everyone can see inside your house over the internet and know all there is in it because all systems are exactly the same by the same manufacturer. You need to get more understanding of what you need to communicate to get close to an answer - and I don't mean a long question and answer guessing game like 20 questions followed by Juan Betta and Yeah Butt.
