Steam boiler cycle - about right?

I have an old Anderson Axeman steam boiler.
Single pipe steam radiators.
2 story house (old) attic insulation.
With 0 degree temps outside the boiler
will run 3 times an hour 10 min on 10 min off
to keep the house at 65 degrees or even
70 degrees.
Does this sound about right?
