Thanks for the info.

Would you recommend adding a mixing valve and running the temp higher or is the 80 gal enough usable hot water. i'm not sure about the cost difference as to whether it is cheaper to buy extra tank capacity or add a valve.

Since there are so many different types and brands, would you be able to recommend a brand which say uses a smooth coil inside? roughly what kind of cost should i expect?
