Again it depends on the type of radiation and boiler size. For example the WBV04 has a DOE output of 117K to 179K. If the boiler is fired at the smallest rate and connected to a copper tube aluminum fin system it would have an output of 117k and require a # 30 Tank. The same system fired at the largest output of 179K it would require a #60 tank. But, if the smaller rate had some cast iron radiation it would require a #60 instead of a #30. The addition of all the antifreeze not only should it have a larger tank but maybe a larger circulator also. Note: the tank sizes change slightly for different manufacturers.
