I have a hanging furnace in my garage. I set the thermostat amp setting to where the instructions say to start. it works great at the 60degree setting and maintains great to. But I noticed when I set it to 50 degrees it heats up the room but then it seems to waste gas. It will light heat up the exchanger and shut off and never turn on the fan. It will do this only when it should be maintaining heat. And only at 50 degree setting. At 60 it works great and right on the temp setting. Any ideas why this is?
