We had an Endurance 110 installed and we're trying to figure out how to stop the high pitch whining noise that happens when the heater fires up.
The installers were out yesterday and did a combustion test CO2 was 9.0% which is in the proper range according to the installers guide. However the noise stil happens when the heater is modulating between high and low. Installers adjusted the air and gas orifices when they were out which reduced the noise but it has not been eliminated. Any thoughts on the next step to take?
