The sympton is poor hw water delivery and near non-existant CH. By turning all rads but one off, the open rad gets hot. Add more and the temp of all drops. Boiler does not cope. Intermittent lock out F28 on start. Stable gas inlet pressure 37mbarg from lpg gas supply. BP measured at burner inlet at full rate only 1.9mbarg (manual suggests should be around 4mbarg). Adjusting load setting makes no difference to BP. Adjusting BP and ignition rate on gas valve does not increase/decrease burner pressure or increase/decrease flame height. I am thinking gas valve fault. Anyone seen this before?
