boiler age

I'm in the process of buying a home with a Peerless Boiler. The owner said it is 15 years old but it looks a lot older. It is a TW-4, s/n 1091. There is no date on the nameplate and the Peerless site does not list it.
Any help on determining the age would be appreciated.
