I am a homeowner who has had the same issue as you.I posted on this website over a year ago about my situation and received some very useful help.Joanna, I don't think that you are going to get very far with getting labor coverage for your boiler.I did not and niether did my neighbor who had the same problem.There was one women who spoke of a class action law suit against Burnham in a previous post,I think in forum #2.You might want to search for that and contact her.Good luck.
