I tried to turn the flow selector knob to Fast Fill but it appears to be frozen. If I tinker with the check valve (tighten or loosen) it just makes the drip worse. I can run the boiler and get heat, the system pressure goes up, but the leak doesn't stop and the water coming out is cold (i.e., from the supply pipe). Could the auto shutoff valve inside be frozen as well, which is not allowing the water supply to enter and therefore leaking out of the check valve? If so, is this not repairable? Thanks for your help!
