Ferroli Domina OASI F30E cuts off burning and then restarts

Hello,

The problem appeared first for CH, now appears also for DHW.

When starting to heat up CH, it works fine for a period, with maximum modulated flame, then it seems to shut off gas valve. The fan still works for a period of time, then stops; after, the fan starts again and after 10s (not instantly) the flame appears. Then it continues to shut-off and restart until, at a certain restart (the 20th or so) the flame gets minimum modulation - now it continues to work fine, with no interruptions, until the CH goes off - because of the room thermostat that shuts off the boiler).

Now, the maintenance personnel changed the overheating thermistor, changed the PCB and the problem still persits ! The boiler has 2 years old.

It drives me nuts, with so many restarts. Also, the gas valve is very noisy when coupling on.

Hope somebody has some ideas. Where can I buy Ferroli parts (i.e. the gas valve) ?
