In addition to above questions that I asked....I have a sillcock that is between the boiler and the circulator (it was added by my last plumber for aiding the purging of air - as a place to attach one ond of the pump). (My order goes: return line...boiler..sillcock...expansion tank/air separator/circulating pump/zone valves...supply lines).Could I fill water into there since it is a newer sillcock and looks less likely to have problems of dripping (leaking)after shutting it off not too mention much easier access physically. If so, do I need to open zone valves or will it fill the system "backwards". What would you suggest as the cold pressure...it 12 enough or should it be a little higher (two story house, boiler in bottom one, 2 zones upstairs, one in the bottom level)
