downside to secondary boiler

I have done the research on installing a secondary wood pellet boiler (available from Harman 9/06) right next to my oil boiler which provides the hot water baseboard and hot water to my tank. The unit will be properly sized based on heat loss for my house. The unit will be installed next to the old one and will be installed so that the units will run one at a time. ie burning pellets while the oil unit is shut down and then turning all the valves so that the oil unit is used in the summer for domestic hot water or long winter trips.
My question is this. Can anyone think of any downsides or possible problems to such an arrangement as long as the units are installed properly/professionally.
