I am hoping someone can help me. I am looking at buying a home that has a Crane Sunnyday 12 Boiler Model I in it. There is no maintenance labels on it which is not unusual around here as only one company apparently has them. The owner indicated that this should last for a long time yet. I am wondering how I can tell the age of this, the BTU/hr, and also if someone could guess how long this should last, it would be a great help.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
