Yes, firstly check that it is indeed pex. Pex takes its manufactured tube shape at 270F if kinked, that is its nature; but it is rated to take 180F at 100 psig for 50 years. It might even be hard to find pex rated at 200f as that would be the same tubing at 80 psig instead of 180f at 100 psig
