:Eliminate the hot water priority. It is asking for trouble to make the 140,000 or 240,000 input while only using 40,000 btuh of it for the summer. Prioritizing forces the boiler to make the water in the loop too hot to surpress noise.
Just keep the ErgoMax tank hot by the ErgoMax control and use the heat from it to make hot water by running the circulator to pump the ErgoMax water through the hot water tank exchanger. If the ErgoMax was already piped for domestic you wouldn't need the other tank and that would always be prioritized as a matter of its use as a buffer.
