Use extension couplings.

If you use 2 street elbows, you will move your radiator to the right or to the left.

If the extension coupling raises your radiator 1/8 or 1/4" too high, put a sliver of wood under the other side. Many times the wood is used anyway, just for pitch. Dont forget to pitch your radiator so that the highest point is the side opposite the radiator valve, which is the side with the air valve on it. It just needs alittle pitch to work correctly.
