+++ That shouldn't be. The hot wire to terminal 7 is the control wire that starts and stops the pump by applying and removing power to the coil of the time delay relay to make the relay contacts between 1 and 3 close and open (after the delay. AND after any other relay [if one] removes power from the circ.)
