It is probably an antique made before the Crane company stopped making their boilers over 50 years ago.

CRANE: Stopped making HVAC products in 1968. Furnace technology sold to Amana.

Their boilers were thick enough to last, so you can still get replacement chambers and some replacement accessory parts through suppliers.
