i have a customer with a system 2000 oil fired boiler.. 3 zones, only the hot water zone is calling. However, the other zones are still over heating. The pipes are hot and the temp in the rooms around 80deg. while the thermostat is at 60. I changed the manager as both the call lights and the delivery lights were on with the old manager,even though the t-stats were'nt calling. Now the lights are out but the zones are still overheating. could 3 zone valves be gone at the same time?
