indirect tank or tankless for domestic hot water?

We are getting ready to replace our 12 yr. old boiler with a Munchkin stainless steel high efficiency gas boiler (92% AFUE). Our existing boiler provides our baseboard water heat and domestic hot water.

One contractor said that with the Munchkin, we'll need an indirect tank for our domestic hot water. Another contractor thinks that instead of the indirect tank, we should get a tankless water heater for our DHW needs. The price difference between the two options is only about $100. Each is pushing his particular solution as best.
I'm looking for the best/most efficient way to go and frankly, don't have a clue.
