I have been having flashing ignition light problems with one of the two boilers I have feeding the same system. Under warranty, Vaillant engineers once replaced pump, once found no fault and subsequently replaced presssure differential switch. After replacement of press.diff.switch boiler worked OK for 18 months. Now flashing "ignition failure" light comes back on. Resetting the system enables satisfactory ignition and operation, but the light comes back on 3-4 minutes after the end of a timed cycle.
Any suggestions to cure this problem.
The other identical boiler has had no problems since installation 2.5 years ago!
