Alright here is the deal. I took back the wrong thermostat and got the correct one. But it still will only open the valve, it does not close it when it reaches temp. I have White Rodgers valves (model #1311 102) And a Ritetemp thermostat (model #8022). I hooked the valve up to a non programable t'stat and it opens and closes instantly. I would really aprecitate any advice on this because I do not want to lose the conveinice of the programable t'stat.
