thanks for the advice, the manual calls for 7-14 inch wc at manifold, but when lp enters the building at 0-10 degrees, it expands in the piping bringing W.C to about 16 inches.... the bosses seem to think this is not a problem but the manual stresses that pressure to manifold is never to exceed 14 inches.... you may be on the right track. Factory rep is coming to look at the installation though I am confident that it is a gas pressure issue.... thanks again
