: : My central heating boiler at home is a Worcester 24cdi. The pressure is down to 0 and it keeps switching itself off. Apparently I need a 'plug' that fits under the boiler which will enable me to turn the tap to fill it up.
: : As you can tell probably, I know nothing about boilers! I don't have the original 'plug' and am enquiring where I can get one! I live in the UK.
: : Many thanks

: go to a central heating shop and ask for a filling key for your boiler. they cost about five pounds for two keys(one for older boilers and one for more modern boilers. under the boiler to the left hand side you will find a hole that the key fits into like a light bulb. insert the key then turn a gret knob next to it until the presure reaches 1.5 bar then turn the grey knob closed again. remove the key and thats it..
