automatic flue damper on oil boiler?

Can folks tell me why gas furnaces may be equipped with automatic flue dampers, but it appears that oil boilers and furnaces almost never are. It appears that Honeywell etc., don't even make a damper approved for oil. Either I'm mistaken, or there has to be a reason!
