Hi everyone, I was browsing through the old posstings and found the following message that I'm really interested in. I tried replying to the post and got no reply. Could someone either help me locate John Mihalik or help me with the area of Hydro Pulse Boilers? Thanks.

: One heat exchanger in 20 years for a boiler is a good record. Hydrotherm is now manufacturing an improved version of the Hydropulse; but several other major manufacturers now have high efficiency boilers that do not pulse and are quiet. See Munchkin, Weil-McLain Ultra, and Monitor.
Jeff,
My hydropulse is also 20 years old and I found out how to clean it and determine if the spark plug is working correctly. It is still literally humming along.
Hi, John Mihalik, I'm really interested in learning how to clean and troubleshoot spark plugs on the Hydropulse. I've done numerous google searches and have not stumbled upon any useful information until I saw your post. I would greatly appreciate your help on learning about Hydropulses. I currently have one but it misses alot and works sporadically. I have a manual for this boiler that I downloaded off of the internet, however any hands on practical help from you would be very appreciated. I don't want to experiment on something like this and am afraid of making a mistake. Your experience on these boilers would be very helpful. Thanks, Buddy S.
