Using the friction charts for distance and head, there is a head of 5 ft in 60 feet of 1-1/2 pipe - however you are using 2-inch pipe less than 30 feet long, so there is no significant head. Most of the head is in the boiler and the tank. If you install a pressure guage on fittings at the inlet and outlet of the circulator, you will see the head of the pump when it runs. If the water comes back 20 degrees cooler than when it leaves, there is sufficient head; however, there will probably be no difference in the drop across the primary loop, after the first cycle, which means there will be no significant head to give concern.
