There is a possibility United States Heating and cooling Mfg was a later separate company after the United States Radiator Corporation at 478 Nielston Street.

The cooling part could be after the 1950's when cooling was possible to add.
However, sometimes, companies like propane companies will use somewhat reminiscent names of companies past to private-label someone else's product as their own.
