: Any suggestions as to how to cure a 4 year old MZ system that has stopped working? According to 2 factory trained reps the system needs to be replaced and Monitor Products is not willing to do anything to help, aside from "send in a request and we will look into it." This system has had problems from day one and yet the company is not willing to stand behind it.

Same experience. Both my MZ boiler have had multiple problems that Monitor has refused to fix, despite manufacturing defects. I gave up need parts?
