You ran a steam line of a given length; but not of a given diameter; thus, you can't know if it is large enough. 75-feet long steam lines are more like mains than runouts, so you would expect to clear a LOT of air, so need a large vent. The requirement to set the thermostat higher means that you needed to give the radiator time to vent air, so install a main vent after the runout to the radiator and make sure the vent is a main vent a foot or so away from the end of the main and on an 8-inch riser above the main.
