I'm having a problem with my domestic hot water. first of all i have heat and i DO have hot water in my domestic hot water holding tank. the problem i that when i turn on my hot water sometimes it is only luke warm. i thought it was a problem with the mixing valve...replaced it... no change. now i'm thinking that the cold water is overpowering the hot and not letting it flow? this problem started at the end of last winter but stopped when it got warm. now that it's cold again the problem is back? please help..i'm lost!
