You may want to look at a better wall hung condensing boiler rather then the Takagi which s realy more of an instant water heater. I know their literature says they can be used for heating, I think you should look at the units sold as Boilers. Buderus, Baxi, Triangle Tube Products and Heat Transfer Products(Munchkin) make better Combo and stright heat units over the instant water heater units.
