Looking for a contractor for new construction. Home is an ICF constructed home (energy efficient) aprox. 1500 sq. ft.. Tubing has been installed and warm slabs (2 floors) are in place. Need the balance of the heating system. Was told that the radiant heating is overkill for this type of home based on the energy efficiency factor of the walls but it's too late, the tubing and warm slabs are already in place. Looking for a good contractor to finish the job. My builder is taking his time and time ran out along time ago on completing the home. Thanks Terry
