VOKERA - Pressure Loss and 03-CODE

Ok, I have two issues -

1. Pressure keeps dropping. British gas man has checked for leaks ( none) but says it may be related to the tubing/pipe on my radiators ? Can i live with it ?
can anyone explain ?

2. My boiler keeps turning off and displays the 03 code? this is easily fixed by re-setting but a real pain in the arxe every day and night ?
I have had various parts replaced to no avail
3. Are these two related ? how ?

PLEASE HELP - SOMEONE ?
