Help! My house is 59 degrees.

Hope you can help us. We just bought our first house last year and are having problems with our heat. We have steam heat and a Utica Boilers Model PEG112CDE (Gas)

I turned the heat on for the first time this year and it went on warmed up the rooms for about 5 minutes and then shut off and never came back on. When we originally turned it on there was a slight odor by the system but then it when away. I checked the water level and it appears to be completely filled and then tried to turn the system off with the red emergency switch waited a couple minutes then turned it on hoping it would come back on but it did not.

Can someone please e-mail me back with what i should do it's getting kinda cold.

Thanks
