If the circulator is running all the time, the boiler won't get to 200F from residual heat, so the question is moot. Most people who run their circulators 24/7 have to replace them about every 20 years.

The boiler might not get over 155F just by running the circulator however; you might have to cover some fins with aluminum foil or cover some radiators with enough insulation or other type of cover to get the temperature up due to the old radiators being installed for steam and being run with hot water.
