They are ccalled different names because all three of the names belong to the different kind that gave them the name. A Sillcock key is a large several-sided stem for sillcocks. A coin key is a coin that just uses a slot in the top that a dime fits into. An air valve key could be of a kind made by one manufacturer. A radiator key is usually a small square-holed key available at hardware stores. Find out which one you have and perhaps someone can tell you where to look for one.
